Join EY's Consulting Support Services (CSS) team as a Senior PMO Data Analytics professional in Kolkata. This role is integral to enhancing the efficiency and delivery of consulting project teams through robust project management and coordination.

CSS oversees the complete project lifecycle, managing financial analysis, tracking, reporting, communications, and compliance across all service areas. This position provides hands-on project management experience, fostering skill development and long-term career growth within the consulting domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using technologies such as VBA, Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Perform comprehensive project management activities including financial management, pricing scenario modeling, budget vs. spend tracking, and invoicing.
• Utilize project planning tools like Excel and MS Projects to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Collect and track the status of project deliverables.
• Train and supervise junior team members.
• Set up and structure Project Management (PM) tool instances and manage their development lifecycle.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards for client teams and senior leadership.
• Manage RAID logs and stakeholder registers.
• Collaborate with applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects, managing communication plans.
• Leverage project service knowledge to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support quality and risk management, including documentation.
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Build strong working relationships and proactively anticipate client needs.
• This is a full-time, onsite (hybrid) role requiring potential shift work and flexibility to work on Indian holidays as per client needs. Travel, both domestic and international, may be required.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Academic background: Any graduate degree, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics, or a Master's degree.
• Certifications: CSM/PSM, CAPM/Prince2/PMP, or Project Management Fundamentals certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant industry or project management experience.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, Power Apps, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint. Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello is beneficial.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile project management, including understanding of product backlogs, epics, and user stories.
• Automation: Proficiency in VBA, Python, UiPath, Power Automate.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Robust analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confident, assertive with strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Client Experience: Prior experience working with global clientele is required.
• Personal Attributes: Self-starter, excellent team player, organized, self-disciplined, and capable of working with senior leadership.
