Senior Counselor

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counselor for our UG Premium Counseling division. In this role, you will provide elite, personalized admissions consulting to undergraduate students targeting top-tier global universities in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. You will act as a strategic partner to high-value students, guiding them through complex admissions landscapes to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end premium counseling for undergraduate study abroad aspirants.
• Perform in-depth profile evaluations and develop bespoke admissions strategies.
• Assist students with profile building, college selection, and the refinement of essays, SOPs, and LORs.
• Manage a premium portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product, to optimize the counseling experience.
• Monitor global admissions trends and university requirements to provide cutting-edge advice.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in undergraduate admissions counseling, ideally within premium or Ivy League-focused markets.
• Deep understanding of international education ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing high-value student portfolios.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.
• Ability to work independently with high accountability in a fast-paced startup environment.
