Senior Consultant

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Salesforce to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves understanding Salesforce architectural requirements and developing technical solutions based on functional needs. You will be responsible for application design, solutioning, and development using the Salesforce stack, ensuring high-performance, reusable, and reliable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include configuring, designing, and building custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation, as well as developing Lightning Components. You will also interact with stakeholders to present solution walkthroughs, lead daily Scrum meetings, translate business requirements into executable tasks, contribute to technical documentation and prototypes, and support/train new team members. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce, having successfully completed at least two end-to-end Salesforce projects in an agile 'Developer' capacity. You should possess 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in LWC, AURA, APEX, and have experience with integrations using REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs and SFDX tools. Proficiency in the Salesforce Lightning Platform, Community, Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds is required. A B.Tech/BSc/BCA/MCA/BCom degree and 4 years of IT industry experience are necessary. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
