Job Overview

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant/Lead with expertise in Salesforce to join our Digital Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and translate Salesforce architectural requirements into technical solutions based on functional needs.
• Lead application design, solution development, and coding using the Salesforce technology stack.
• Configure, design, and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop test classes to achieve over 80% code coverage.
• Design and develop custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation. Develop Lightning Components as per application requirements.
• Present solution walkthroughs and engage with all stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate Daily Scrum Meetings with Product Owners and the team.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into executable tasks.
• Contribute to technical documentation and building prototypes.
• Provide support and training to new team members on Salesforce applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in Salesforce development.
• Proven track record of successfully executing at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce projects in an agile environment as a Developer.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with LWC, AURA, and APEX.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Proficiency in using SFDX tools for development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Lightning platform and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required Education

• B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/B.Com or equivalent.
• 6 years of overall IT industry experience.
• Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
