Full Job Description
EY is seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Tech Consulting team in Mumbai as a ServiceNow developer. You will be part of a cross-functional development team creating workflow solutions across various ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have experience with SecOps, Security Incident Response (SIR), or Vulnerability Response (VR) on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities include collaborating with application teams to design and implement data interfaces, developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules, and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting.
You will also be responsible for developing and managing operational metrics reporting and dashboards, collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and technically sound project delivery, and supporting the development and analysis of customer requirements and user stories.
The role requires application testing, creating and maintaining system design and operations documentation, and utilizing Agile methodologies for software development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Technical Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Admin Certified (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS for any module)
- Certified Application Developer
