Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - ServiceNow Practice (EY India)

About the Opportunity:

EY is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our cross-functional development team as a ServiceNow developer. You will be responsible for developing workflow solutions across various ServiceNow modules.

Minimum Role Expectations:

• Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional team to build workflow solutions across ServiceNow modules. Experience with ITAM (SAM/HAM) is highly desirable.
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise systems.
• Develop robust integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting.
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards.
• Work closely with project team members to ensure technically sound, timely, and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and contribute to user story creation.
• Perform comprehensive application testing.
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Utilize Agile methodologies for software development.

Technical Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Administrator Certified (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for any module
• Certified Application Developer
