The Opportunity

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant or Consultant with expertise in Analytics to join our GPS (Government and Public Sector) - CNS (Cybersecurity, Networks, and Solutions) - TC (Technology Consulting) practice in New Delhi. This role focuses on AI and Data within the technology consulting domain.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop Analytics-Based Decision Making Frameworks for clients, particularly within the Banking and Insurance sectors.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development activities and contribute to the development of new analytics solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Domain expertise in Banking or Insurance is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques such as Logistic/Linear Regression, GLM modeling, Time-series forecasting, and Scorecard development.
• Hands-on experience with statistical tools like SAS, Python, or R.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView is advantageous.
• Experience in data mining techniques, including Clustering and Segmentation.
• Machine learning and Python experience would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• A B.Tech degree from a top-tier engineering school or a Master's degree in Statistics or Economics from a top university.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• For a Senior Consultant role, at least 1 year of managerial experience is necessary.
• (Note: Minimum 1 year for Associate Consultant; Minimum 3 years for Consultant roles are also mentioned for context within the practice.)

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High levels of flexibility, adaptability, and creativity.
• Comfort interacting with senior executives, both within EY and at client organizations.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and supervisory capabilities.
