Senior Consultant

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant/Consultant with expertise in analytics, particularly within the Banking and Insurance industries. Key responsibilities include developing analytics-based decision-making frameworks, managing projects and client relationships, and supporting business development and new analytics solution development.

Successful candidates will possess domain expertise in Banking or Insurance (not mandatory), proficiency in statistical modeling (Logistic/Linear regression, GLM, Time-series forecasting, Scorecard development), and hands-on experience with statistical tools like SAS, Python, or R. Experience with Tableau and Qlikview is a plus. Data mining skills (Clustering, Segmentation) and Machine Learning/Python experience are also beneficial.

Required qualifications include a B.Tech from a top-tier engineering school or a Master's in Statistics/Economics from a top university. For a Senior Consultant role, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 1 year of managerial experience. An Associate Consultant role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience, and a Consultant role requires a minimum of 3 years.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. They should be flexible, adaptable, creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are essential.
