Senior Consultant

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant/Consultant with expertise in Analytics for their Technology Consulting practice in New Delhi. The role involves developing analytics-based decision-making frameworks, managing projects, and client relationships, particularly within the Banking and Insurance sectors. Responsibilities also include supporting business development and the creation of new analytics solutions.

Key skills include domain expertise in Banking or Insurance (not mandatory), statistical modeling (e.g., logistic/linear regression, time-series forecasting, scorecard development), and hands-on experience with statistical tools such as SAS, Python, and R. Experience with Tableau, Qlikview, data mining techniques (clustering, segmentation), and machine learning with Python are considered a plus.

Ideal candidates will possess a B.Tech from a top-tier engineering school or a Master's in Statistics/Economics from a top university. For a Senior Consultant role, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 1 year of managerial experience. Consultant roles require a minimum of 3 years, and Associate Consultant roles require a minimum of 1 year of experience.

The role demands strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Candidates should be highly flexible, adaptable, creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are essential.
