Senior Consultant

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Consultant, Front End Developer for our Gurugram, Haryana location. At Genpact, we are shaping the future of work by driving AI and digital innovation. This role involves building high-performance, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces, including integrating real-time dashboards, interactive chat systems, and advanced data visualizations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant, intuitive designs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cutting-edge web applications using React, Streamlit, Angular, and other modern frameworks.
• Create interactive, real-time dashboards and chat interfaces to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure responsive design across devices, browsers, and platforms.
• Integrate data visualization tools to present insights in impactful ways.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and product owners for seamless delivery.
• Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Stay ahead of trends in UI/UX, front-end frameworks, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional front-end development experience.
• Expertise in React, Streamlit, Angular, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in responsive UI design and implementation.
• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly).
• Proficient with Git and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with SQL and PowerBI/Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience integrating front-end components with AI-powered backend services.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS hosting environments.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
