Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Generative AI, Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and conversational chatbot development. Experience with Lang Chain, Langraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is essential. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is also required, along with a basic understanding of application deployments using frameworks like Flask, Django, and Fast API.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative AI solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models, leveraging your expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics to create cutting-edge solutions. You will utilize NLP techniques, Lang Chain, and LLMs to build sophisticated conversational chatbots and language models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to designing and implementing advanced AI models and algorithms. You will provide technical leadership and thought leadership in Generative AI and NLP, guiding clients in adopting AI-driven strategies. This role also involves conducting data analysis, preprocessing, and modeling to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and tools are expected.

Strong knowledge and experience in Deep Learning projects, including CNN, GAN, Transformers, Encoder/Decoder algorithms, and image generation/classification use cases, are highly valued. Familiarity with LLMs and their applications is crucial. Proven experience in deploying AI applications on cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or AWS is required. Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn are necessary. Experience developing web applications using Flask, Django, or Fast API is also a plus. A demonstrated track record of successfully delivering AI projects and driving business impact is essential. Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning new technologies, are expected. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders is also important.
