The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) industry market, specifically within the CNS - Risk - Process & Controls practice in Mumbai.

The AMI Industry Market encompasses Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation, including Mobility-as-a-Service. We help clients navigate the rapidly changing business landscape, addressing how goods and services are devised, created, bought, and sold. About CNS - Risk - Process & Controls:

Our practice assists clients in identifying and managing the interplay between upside and downside risk to make informed long-term decisions that align with their future business strategy and objectives. Our key areas of focus include:

• Enterprise Risk: Identifying and addressing key risk areas, building organizational agility, and focusing on enterprise risk and resilience, internal audit, compliance, and internal controls.
• Technology Risk: Supporting clients in achieving sustainable growth by protecting business performance and providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance. We assess the technology risks introduced to businesses.
• Financial Services Risk: Helping financial sector clients identify, manage, and monitor business risks through a transformative and agile approach, including process and procedures, risk and data modeling, analytics, reporting, business requirements analysis, asset and liability analysis, and capital and liquidity management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors and managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
• Identify and escalate potential red flags related to engagements.
• Prepare reports, deliverables, status updates, and audit committee presentations.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Handle data analytics using tools like Access and ACL.
• Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards issued by IIA and ICAI.
• Manage engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collateral, business proposals, and new solution/methodology development.
• Exhibit attention to detail and mentor junior team members.
• Identify and escalate potential business opportunities with existing clients.
• Engage directly with clients as part of a client-facing role.

Skills and Attributes:

• A CA, Master's degree in Science, Arts, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing/Industrial sector.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
• A practical approach to solving complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
• Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, positive energy, adaptability, and creativity in approach.
