Roles:
- Develop ML/DL algorithms for financial/banking domains
- Enhance model accuracy using bias/variance techniques
- Ensure AI fairness, transparency, privacy (Gen AI/LLM/RAG)
- Build MLOps pipelines on AWS/Azure/GCP with CI/CD orchestration (GitLab/CircleCI/Airflow)
- Create NLP agents and deep learning applications
- Deploy Responsible AI frameworks securely in the cloud
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Python/R, PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit-learn
- MLOps expertise (Kubeflow, MLFlow, Docker/K8s)
- Knowledge of Open Source tools (FairLearn) and Gen AI prompt engineering
- Bachelor's degree in CS/SE with cloud certifications preferred
