DESCRIPTION

This role focuses on org-wide AI readiness initiatives, enhancing the data and analytics layers to drive adoption and innovation while establishing quality standards.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define the roadmap for AI-enabled analytics aligned with business goals.
  • Enable business users to access insights through semantic layers, AI-assisted query interfaces, and natural language analytics.
  • Partner with product, applied science, data, and engineering teams to translate business problems into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Design and maintain scalable knowledge repositories, semantic layers, and feature-ready datasets for analytics and AI.
  • Define anomaly detection mechanisms and standardized KPI frameworks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 5+ years of SQL experience.
  • Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large (multi-TB) data sets.
  • Experience with the theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results.
  • Experience with AWS technologies.
  • Experience in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with the theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning, and data mining.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proven experience experimenting with and deploying AI use cases within the last year, with a continuous learning approach to the evolving AI landscape.
