Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst based in West Allegan Street, Lansing, MI (48933) with a hybrid work schedule. This position is the liaison between technical teams and business partners to support multiple applications, primarily focusing on MiLEAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings between technical teams and business clients.
• Gather requirements and project specifications by leading independent sessions.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication associated with the Change Management lifecycle.
• Maintain a backlog of work items in Azure DevOps and track sprint progress.
• Create status reports and resource demand projections for management.
• Led meetings, conduct training, and prepare oral/written presentations appropriate to various audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years exposure to Complex IT web Applications (within the past 5 years).
• 3+ Years experience as a liaison between development teams and business clients/project managers in software projects.
• 3+ Years in a Business Analyst role supporting software development projects within the last 5 years.
• 1+ Year with Azure DevOps.

Highly Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (2+ Years).
• Project management skills and methodologies (6+ Months).
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce Platform, or MS Dynamics 365.
