CohnReznick is expanding its operations in India, offering exciting career opportunities to support its global workforce strategy. This role is for a Senior Business Analyst within the National Advisory practice, specifically supporting the Advisory – CXO team. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-quality audit and assurance services for clients in the CHAMP sectors, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
About the Role:
- Support enterprise, functional, and digital transformation initiatives, including growth strategy, operating model design, and value creation.
- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state designs across people, process, technology, and governance.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps to guide strategic decision-making.
- Translate strategic recommendations into executable plans with clear KPIs and success metrics.
- Assist with technology strategy, system selection, and implementation efforts (e.g., ERP, CRM, data platforms).
- Collaborate with client and technical teams to align business requirements with system design and configuration.
- Assess technology landscapes, data flows, and integration points to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support change management, user adoption, and process redesign related to new technology deployments.
- Own discrete project workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and client-facing deliverables.
- Facilitate working sessions and workshops with client stakeholders.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client counterparts.
- Perform complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, including financial, operational, and benchmarking analyses.
- Synthesize large datasets and ambiguous information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address client challenges.
- Mentor and coach Associates, providing feedback and quality review.
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and pursuit activities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development, methodologies, and practice initiatives.
Your Experience:
- 2-3 years of consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or a master’s degree is preferred.
- Areas of expertise: Finance, RTR, OTC, Supply Chain (preferred), AI & Automation, etc.
- Experience with flow charting or mind mapping tools.
- A process improvement mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify operational inefficiencies and automate repetitive processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working in teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- An ambitious learner with a passion for expanding knowledge.
- Demonstrated understanding of the use and application of automation and AI to transform business processes is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
