Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from diverse stakeholders and clients.
• Translate business needs into precise functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with business owners and subject matter experts.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
• Review requirements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on usability, performance, and technical feasibility.
• Perform detailed gap analysis to identify opportunities for process or system enhancements.
• Create basic wireframes and flow diagrams to facilitate clear product understanding.
• Conduct research on data sources, reporting formats, and data flows crucial for system implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting activities.
• Participate in testing and functional validation to confirm that developed solutions meet specified business requirements.
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies during BA reviews and testing phases.
• Ensure seamless communication channels between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Desired Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer.
• Demonstrated experience in web and mobile application projects.
• A strong grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project requirements concurrently.
