About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Event Management to join our team. This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable Customer Insights and Event Management capabilities. You will be responsible for defining clear functional requirements, user stories, and data needs that align with the long-term product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business goals into Customer Insights and Event Management capabilities.
• Define clear functional requirements, user stories, and data needs aligned with long-term product vision.
• Design and hands-on configure segments, customer journeys (real-time and outbound), consent management, and event-driven experiences.
• Configure and manage event solutions including registration flows, event journeys, and attendance-based triggers.
• Support the delivery from functional design through deployment, ensuring high-quality configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement across journeys and event workflows.
• Contribute to platform roadmap, prioritization, and adoption strategy.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys & Data) and Event Management.
• Proven experience configuring customer journeys, segments, consent management, and event-driven workflows.
• Hands-on experience with standard and custom events used for real-time journey triggering.
• Strong understanding of customer data models, segmentation logic, and event lifecycle processes.
• Ability to operate as a senior BA who configures and validates solutions, not only documents requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments; Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with high autonomy.
