Senior Business Analyst

InfoBeans is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle HCM modules to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This role is crucial for translating complex business needs into functional and technical specifications within a dynamic cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Time and Labor (OTL), and Compensation & Benefits, with a proven ability in configuration and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for deep dives into global HR master data, HR processes, and data governance, performing FIT-GAP analysis, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and designing effective solutions.

Your experience should encompass end-to-end testing phases (SIT, UAT), managing release cycles, and leading change management initiatives within cloud-based systems. We value strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy and system integrity.

Knowledge of Oracle Agentic AI is considered a significant advantage. The ability to clearly communicate intricate technical concepts to business stakeholders is essential.

Furthermore, understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows for Oracle HCM is required. Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments, coupled with strong documentation and training development skills, will be highly regarded.
