Senior BMC Helix Developer

We are seeking a Senior BMC Helix Developer to lead knowledge transfer, ensure platform stability, and drive internalization of BMC Helix ITSM capabilities at emagine (India).

About the Role:

You will provide hands-on development and RUN expertise for the transition from legacy systems. Collaboration with key technical personnel is essential to maintain high-quality standards while enhancing team autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical Knowledge Transfer (KT) and reversibility activities.
• Provide L3 technical support for BMC Helix ITSM platforms.
• Deliver bug fixes, enhancements, and new developments from the ITSM backlog.
• Maintain solutions across Digital Workplace, Service Catalogue, CMDB, and ITSM workflows.
• Contribute to major ITSM transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in IT with 5+ years specifically in BMC Remedy/BMC Helix development (Senior level).
• RUN Support: Proven expertise in L3 incident resolution, debugging, and platform stability.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Digital Workplace, Service Catalogue, CMDB, ITSM workflows, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Languages: Proficient English for communication and technical documentation.
