Senior Backend Engineer

About this role

What you'll do:

• Build and scale the agent execution engine.
• Design integrations and the public API that connect agents to customer tools.
• Own reliability, observability, and failure handling for autonomous actions.
• Build the audit-trail and approval-gate systems end to end.

Care about the unhappy path as much as the happy one.

You are:

• 5+ years building backend systems in production.
• Experience with distributed systems and API design.
• A track record of shipping reliable software at scale.

Bonus: Experience with workflow engines, LLM tooling, or integration platforms.
