Senior Backend Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Java) for a full-time hybrid position at Huru. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust software solutions using Java and the Spring Framework within our microservices architecture.

• Coding, debugging, testing, and integrating complex software modules.

Requirements & Skills

• 5-9 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development using Spring Boot and microservices.
• Proficiency in software development, programming, and debugging within fintech environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of databases and database design patterns (SQL/NoSQL).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for continuous improvement processes.
