Senior Backend Engineer

About This Role

Design, implement, and maintain fault-tolerant core infrastructure for our platform.

• Architect and manage robust performance-critical backend services on AWS and GCP.
• Implement serverless architectures to optimize cloud resource utilization.
• Create REST and Websocket APIs providing data to AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Design and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure end-to-end AI workflows for products including fine-tuning and inference pipelines for generative AI models.
• Create custom AI agent frameworks and multi-agent systems from scratch.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in developing large applications and designing end-to-end infrastructure. Mastery of Python is required.

You must have expertise in AWS and GCP services including:

• Compute: EC2, Lambda, Cloud Functions
• Networking: VPC, Transit Gateway
• Databases: RDS, DynamoDB, Bigtable
• Containerization: ECS, ECR, Docker
• Serverless: API Gateway, Cloud Run

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Generative AI concepts is essential.
