WIN Home Inspection is expanding its engineering team and seeks passionate Senior Backend Software Engineers specializing in NodeJS to help build innovative, industry-redefining software products. Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team focused on creating state-of-the-art web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications, microservices, integrations, and reusable components.
• Build robust applications and web services utilizing NodeJS, Javascript, REST APIs, and other relevant technologies within a cloud-native architecture.
• Collaborate effectively in an agile development environment alongside product owners, frontend engineers, UX/UI designers, and QA specialists.
• Ensure high code quality and optimize application performance through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Actively participate in architectural discussions, contribute to code reviews, and provide mentorship to team members.
• Identify and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance user experience and backend operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 4-7 years of comprehensive backend development experience, with a strong focus on NodeJS, Javascript, PostgreSQL, REST API development, and AWS. Experience with cloud and serverless architectures is essential.
• Proficiency with modern development toolsets, integration and deployment tools, and automated testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands innovation and rapid execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex issues and propose clear, actionable solutions.
• A creative and strategic mindset with a talent for thinking outside the box.
