Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement sophisticated backend systems and APIs.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, secure database structures.
• Seamlessly integrate backend services with web applications and internal tools.
• Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement and enforce stringent authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of systems.
• Diagnose and resolve production-related issues efficiently.
• Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and frontend developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of comprehensive backend development experience.
• In-depth, hands-on expertise with:
• Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Laravel (PHP).
• Node.js.
• Demonstrated experience with:
• WebSockets and real-time communication protocols (e.g., Socket.IO, native WebSockets, STOMP).
• Designing and implementing systems optimized for concurrent connections and low latency.
• A strong understanding of:
• RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture principles.
• Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and common Design Patterns.
• Database management with proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar relational and NoSQL databases.
• Security concepts including JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Proficiency with Git for version control and comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Pub/Sub is considered a strong advantage.
• Prior experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
