Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs. This role requires strong programming fundamentals with hands-on experience in databases, API development (RESTful), and software architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Design robust backend services; optimize database structures; integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways; conduct code reviews; participate in system design discussions; implement security measures like JWT/OAuth; perform unit testing and debugging; monitor performance; mentor junior developers.
Tech Stack & Skills: Proficiency in Node.js/NestJS, Java/Spring Boot, or Python/Django/FastAPI. Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Data Structures, Algorithms, Git, Linux/Unix environments, and familiarity with Docker/CI/CD/AWS.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering; 2-3 years experience.
