Senior Backend & AI Engineer

Role

We are hiring for the position of Senior Backend & AI Engineer (On-Site, FastAPI Focus). This role requires deep expertise in building real-time backend systems and production-ready AI architectures using Python/FastAPI.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance backend systems with FastAPI.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered services including LLMs, embeddings, and inference pipelines.
• Create robust real-time systems featuring low-latency APIs and async processing.
• Own the full lifecycle from architecture to monitoring and scaling.
• Optimize infrastructure for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency using AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

Mandatory experience in Python/FastAPI, async programming, distributed systems, vector databases (FAISS/Pinecone), Kafka/Redis queues, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong focus on production stability over prototypes.
