Senior Back End Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer - Java at HDFC Bank, you will design, build, and maintain Java 21/Spring Boot-based APIs, microservices, and batch processes for critical retail banking journeys. Your responsibilities include translating requirements into robust RESTful APIs, optimizing performance with caching (Redis/Caffeine), and ensuring security and compliance. Strong experience in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and observability (logging/metrics) is essential. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA to refine solutions. Immediate joiners with 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot development are preferred.
