• Minimum of 6 years in integration engineering, with at least 3+ years specialized in Azure Integration Services.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft's Azure Communication Services or substantial background in telephony and SIP protocols within the Azure ecosystem.
• Proven track record integrating Azure AI services into production business applications.
• Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET or Python, alongside mastery of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication standards, and messaging patterns like AMQP/MSMQ.
• Solid experience architecting integrations with Dataverse / Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and robust CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Voice channel delivery expertise on the Dynamics 365 Contact Center platform.
• Experience deploying Session Border Controllers (SBC) managing carrier connections and onboarding processes.
• Skillset involving Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse for building sophisticated analytics pipelines.
• Understanding of operating in sovereign cloud environments or highly regulated industries.
