Senior Associate

Join EY's Risk Management Services (RMS) Digital team as a Senior Associate in Gurgaon, India, and play a pivotal role in delivering advanced analytics, business intelligence, and technological enablement across Global RM & RMS. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a rapidly growing Center of Excellence within EY's Global Delivery Services.

You will be instrumental in deploying advanced analytics and BI tools for real-time risk monitoring, streamlining RM processes, and driving automation, while ensuring robust data governance, privacy, and security. Your responsibilities will also include providing tech enablement support for various RM tools, such as the Service Offering Reference Tool (SORT), global reporting, and administrative assistance for critical processes like Client Acceptance (PACE), Global Confirmations, Global Engagement Agreement Repository (GEAR), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) tools.

Qualifications:

• Essentials:
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in a global corporate setting.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, data visualizations, and data scripting languages.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with MS Fabric (Data Factory, Power BI with CoPilot, Data Activator, OneLake) and database integrations.
• Expert-level English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure, receive constructive feedback, and aim for improvement.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to work professionally with senior executives with minimal guidance.
• Preferred:
• Experience with XML, R, and SAS.
