About the Role

• Hands-on expertise in Python data-science and math packages including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Seaborn, PyCaret, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, NLTK, Stanford NLP, PyTorch, LingPipe, Caffe, Keras, SparkML, OpenAI, etc.
• Proven experience collaborating in large teams using tools like GIT, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who embraces challenging environments, delivers results within tight timelines, and possesses the confidence to mentor mid-to-large sized teams. A strong inclination toward continuous learning is required.

Key Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Apache Spark using Scala/Python/Java.
• Expertise in building, training, evaluating state-of-the-art ML models, and managing their deployment pipelines.
• Mastery of statistical/probabilistic methods: SVMs, Decision Trees, Bagging, Boosting, Clustering algorithms.
• Advanced skills in Core NLP: Text Classification, Named Entity Recognition (NER), Topic Modeling, Sentiment Analysis.

Bonus: Understanding of the Commercial Pharma landscape and Patient Data/Analytics is a significant plus. Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Transformers is also highly valued.
