About the Role

As a Senior Associate – Level 1 at RMgX Technologies, you will take full ownership of significant design modules, provide mentorship to junior designers, and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences. This position calls for creativity, a research-driven design methodology, and a keen eye for scalability within design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design of comprehensive end-to-end user experiences for intricate products.
• Develop and define interaction models, user flows, and wireframes.
• Mentor interns and junior associates in design tools and best practices.
• Create, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to refine project requirements.
• Integrate usability testing throughout the design process.
• Champion and advocate for design best practices within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, including advanced prototyping and micro-interaction design.
• Proven experience in designing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance creative innovation with structured, efficient execution.
