Senior Associate IAM Engineer

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer for our Mumbai, India location. This role is integral to implementing and developing IAM solutions for both workforce and customer environments. You will act as a key liaison between IAM Operations and IAM Engineering, contributing to development projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and automating workflows.

Key responsibilities include assisting with IAM solution implementation and development, troubleshooting systems like Okta and Entra, and working on IAM development projects such as workflow automation and integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide input on IAM security decisions, and participate in strategy discussions. This role requires adherence to on-call duties and maintaining system documentation.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on IAM experience. Familiarity with automation/programming concepts is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with IAM automation workflows, enterprise-level IAM governance platforms, and hands-on programming.

Required skills include hands-on experience with Okta or other IAM platforms, understanding of automation and scripting, and knowledge of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, and IGA. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial. Experience with SCIM, SAML, and OIDC/OAUTH is beneficial. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment is expected.
