About the Role

As a Senior Associate in the RMS-Global Security team, you will develop subject matter expertise in Global Security disciplines. You'll continuously add value to assigned processes and create solutions for undocumented situations. This role involves managing a team from our Kochi location, networking with other RMS leaders, and delivering long-term value to stakeholders.

You will be part of a newly established Security and Travel Intelligence Center (STIC), supporting the GDS RMS team in coordinating threat and intelligence monitoring, emergency preparedness and response, and business continuity planning globally, working under the direction of the Global Security leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Coordinate and collaborate with STIC team members in Gurgaon, Kochi, Manila, and other stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
• Assist in proactive monitoring activities for incident management and business continuity.
• Participate in crisis management training and discussions as requested.
• Collaborate with key personnel from Security, Technology, Facility and Admin, Talent, and other relevant teams.
• Assist in preparing reports using tools like Power BI and advanced Excel (e.g., situation reports, risk assessments, test plans).
• Support global leaders in response and recovery activities during business interruption events.
• Maintain high availability due to the nature of the role.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• 4-5 years of total work experience with hands-on exposure.
• Prior experience in a contact center is preferred.
• Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
• Flexibility and self-confidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data representation, and dashboard reporting.
• Strong logical and reasoning skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to work in a multi-shift 24 x 7 environment.
• Willingness to work in a flexible week-off setup.

Technologies and Tools

• Experience with MS Office suites including Microsoft 365, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
