Senior Associate

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Associate - Frontend/Full Stack engineer with GenAI expertise to design and build scalable conversational applications using React, TypeScript, and agentic frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.

Key Responsibilities include developing AI-native user experiences (conversational interfaces, generative UI), building real-time streaming apps via WebSockets/SSE, orchestrating LLM capabilities with RAG/tool calling, and creating multimodal voice-enabled features on AWS cloud infrastructure.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years specifically in GenAI product development. Strong skills in React/TypeScript, REST APIs/MCP/A2A protocols, frontend performance optimization, accessibility, CI/CD practices, and familiarity with healthcare/pharma regulated environments (preferred) are required.
