Senior Associate

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent
• Proficiency in .NET Core 7.0+, Angular 7+, MVC, C#, LINQ, HTML5, JavaScript, and REST API development
• Hands-on experience with Postgres SQL databases
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts
• Experience with Windows Services, event handling, and multi-threading is highly desirable
• Strong debugging, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with design patterns is an advantage
• Proven ability to work independently within a team environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting across all organizational levels

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL Server, Mongo DB, React.js, TypeScript, Node.js
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based version control systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features based on product specifications and design requirements
• Collaborate with senior architects to understand and document technical needs
• Create unit test cases and support integration testing efforts
• Rapidly identify, analyze, and resolve bugs reported by the QA team
• Provide regular status updates to management
• Offer technical support during implementation for both internal teams and business users
• Present work deliverables effectively in product demonstrations
• Tune integrations between various applications independently
• Analyze risks related to system requirements and report issues promptly
