Senior Associate

RSM US Integrated Services India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Security, Privacy and Risk Services group, a team of over 150 cybersecurity professionals serving clients globally. We are seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in Cyber Strategy and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) using ServiceNow. This role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules to support client cyber risk and privacy initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow Risk solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Security Operations, Business Continuity Management, Privacy Management, and Environmental Social & Governance), gathering and documenting requirements, implementing automated workflows and integrations, performing testing and troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of ServiceNow GRC development experience, a strong understanding of GRC tools like ServiceNow, and knowledge of regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) and relevant security certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, API integrations, and strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. This is a permanent position based in Gurugram, India.
