Senior Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate for our AI Solutions team at Portage Point Partners (Gurugram). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions that transform how we deliver consulting services. You will build, test and iterate on agentic AI workflows and automation tools, translating consulting frameworks into scalable AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Deploy: Create AI-powered solutions supporting financial advisory and operational excellence using Python or JavaScript.
• LLM Integration: Build robust integrations with large language models, optimize prompt engineering strategies and manage AI pipeline components to ensure scalable outputs.
• Coding Efficiency: Utilize modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development and produce maintainable code for complex transitions.
• Collaboration: Work across data science, product and delivery teams with US-based colleagues globally to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Data & Quality: Support pipeline development, model evaluation and quality assurance to meet performance and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

You will conduct research on emerging AI tools, assist in documentation of technical specifications, support business development with client presentations, and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives.
