About the Job

Join our HR Applications team at Pegasystems to build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems like SuccessFactors. You will leverage emerging AI capabilities to enhance employee experiences within a collaborative Agile environment using Pega Infinity and Java.

What You'll Do

• Leverage best-in-class technologies to drive conversion of requirements into feature design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  Tech Stack: 80% Pega Application Development  |  20% Pega Application Design.

Who You Are

A Strong understanding of object-oriented programming with the ability to implement code that meets engineering excellence standards. Passionate about innovation, comfortable speaking confidently about AI as an enabler for better outcomes.

What You've Accomplished (Requirements)

• 5-6 years overall experience developing applications using Pega platform.
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CSE or related field).
  Minimum CSSA certification on Pega Platform.
  Basic programming/coding experience and knowledge of JavaScript.
