Senior Application Software Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Application Software Engineer to adhere to and suggest improvements across all phases of the application software development lifecycle. In this role, you will develop new features following design specifications, lead code reviews for quality assurance, conduct debugging to fix moderately complex issues, and troubleshoot API functionality and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Software Development: Drive medium-impact feature improvements with measurable performance outcomes. Provide global production support for critical issues and improve playbooks/alerts.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Debug non-routine issues spanning application layers and OCI services. Implement software testing (functional/non-functional), quality assurance processes, error logging, and monitoring strategies to ensure system health.
• Architecture & Design: Develop solutions aligned with pre-defined architecture. Propose moderate design improvements considering trade-offs in existing systems.
• Customer Collaboration: Align application solutions with customer use cases independently or within the team. Coach others on product enhancements based on feedback to ensure satisfaction.
