This pivotal role involves strengthening our platform's security posture by refactoring legacy code to address existing vulnerabilities and developing secure, innovative infrastructure features. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of software security, contributing to our maturing security vulnerability management program to ensure compliance with PCI DSS and SOC2 standards. You will play a key role in vulnerability assessments, security audits, penetration testing, and the resolution of identified findings. Responsibilities include conducting thorough security code reviews using both automated scanning tools and manual inspection, supporting incident response and architecture review processes, and integrating threat modeling into our product development lifecycle. Additionally, you will analyze security logs, manage security events collaboratively with compliance and engineering teams, and create/execute sophisticated phishing campaigns. Supporting vendor management to uphold security standards is also a crucial part of this role. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring extensive experience in application security and software development.
