Senior Application Security Analyst

ADP is seeking a Senior Consultant – Application Security Lead in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This critical role involves conducting hands-on security tests across various applications and platforms, including web, mobile, premise-based, mainframe, and Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities, assessing their risk according to ADP standards, and documenting findings with proof-of-concepts. This position also requires assisting development teams in understanding and remediating vulnerabilities, leading a team of penetration testers, and driving organization-wide security initiatives. The role demands 8-12 years of hands-on application security experience, including team leadership and expertise in penetration testing for web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field is required. Proficiency in assessing vulnerability risks and documenting findings is essential. Experience in writing proof-of-concepts and advanced exploitation techniques is a plus. Programming skills in Python, Perl, or Ruby are desired. Knowledge of cloud platforms and development environments like Angular/React, Java, or .Net, as well as experience evaluating LLM Models and GenAI testing, would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proactive problem-solver, capable of independent work, and possess excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, particularly within remote team settings.
