Senior Application Engineer — Node.js + React

Location: Noida Sector 62, Uttar Pradesh (On-site only)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, backend-heavy full-stack engineer with strong problem-solving skills. You will spend approximately 70% of your time designing and building APIs in Node.js (TypeScript) and PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server, and ~30% on React frontend development.

You must be comfortable owning features from vague ideas to production deployment without detailed specifications. This role requires deep technical ownership of services including debugging performance issues, managing infrastructure, and mentoring peers.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Engineering (40%): Design REST APIs, data models in PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server, implement scaling patterns (caching, queues), and ensure production stability with metrics/alerting.
  
• Frontend Development (30%): Build accessible React interfaces using TypeScript, manage state/data-fetching, and create robust forms aligned with backend contracts.

Candidate Requirements

Essential: 4–7 years of production Node.js experience; strong TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals (event loop management); proficiency in SQL schema design and indexing; ability to work independently without a BRD/PRD.
