Senior App Developer / Mobile Architect Lead - Digital Health Startup in Delhi NCR

Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior App Developer or Mobile Architect Lead for their global digital health startup. This is a crucial role for developing a scalable tech product from its early stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and code Android, iOS, and Hybrid mobile applications from scratch.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering Heads, UX/UI Designers, Fullstack Developers, and Testers to deliver high-quality products with minimal bugs.
• Integrate with various APIs and data sources.
• Perform bug fixing and application optimization.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance the cross-functional platform.
• Contribute to multi-functional mobile applications, particularly from an Android development perspective.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with strong end-to-end development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and handling different screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to backend services.
• Solid understanding of Android, iOS, Hybrid, and Flutter principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Android Studio.
• Ability to integrate with third-party application APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, client engagement strategies, AI chatbots, and push notification features.
• Strong ability in performance benchmarking and optimization.
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with continuous integration practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an early-stage growing startup, ideally within the Digital Health sector.
• Proven track record of developing mobile app products from scratch in an early-stage startup environment, ideally as part of a founding team.
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing end-to-end mobile app development for highly scalable Android, iOS, Hybrid, or Flutter platforms.
• B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from a reputable engineering institute.

This role is based in Delhi NCR / Gurgaon, India.
