About the Role

Benovymed Healthcare Private Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior App Developer/Mobile Architect Lead with expertise in iOS, Android, and Hybrid platforms. This is a crucial role for our global digital health startup, focusing on building highly scalable tech products from the ground up. You will be instrumental in our Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center & Global R&D & AI Health Innovation Center located in Delhi NCR, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and code Android, iOS, and Hybrid mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering Heads, UX/UI Designers, Fullstack Developers, and Testers to deliver high-quality products with minimal defects.
• Integrate with various APIs and data sources.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and explore new technologies to enhance our cross-functional platform.
• Contribute as an Android developer within multi-functional mobile application teams.

Required Skillsets

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java with strong end-to-end coding experience.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and adapting to different screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to backend services.
• Solid knowledge of Android, iOS, Hybrid, and Flutter principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Android Studio.
• Ability to understand and integrate with third-party application APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, client engagement strategies, AI chatbots, and push notification features.
• A talent for benchmarking and performance optimization.
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with continuous integration practices.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an early-stage growing startup within the Digital Health sector.
• Proven experience in developing mobile app products from scratch within an early-stage startup, ideally as part of a founding team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle mobile app development end-to-end for highly scalable Android, iOS, Hybrid, or Flutter platforms.
• A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from a reputed engineering institute.
