Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a Senior App Developer/Mobile Architect Lead with extensive experience in building mobile applications from scratch. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Android engineer, proficient in coding, bug fixing, and working within an early-stage tech startup environment that emphasizes scalable tech product development. This role is based in Gurugram, India.

Responsibilities include coding for Android, iOS, and Hybrid mobile applications, collaborating closely with product owners, solution architects, engineering heads, UX/UI designers, full-stack developers, and testing teams to deliver high-quality products with minimal defects. The role also involves working with various APIs and data sources, fixing bugs, and continuously evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance the cross-functional platform. A key aspect is contributing to multi-functional mobile applications, with a specific focus on Android development.

Required skillsets include strong end-to-end proficiency in Kotlin and Java, deep knowledge of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and handling diverse screen sizes. Familiarity with RESTful APIs for backend integration, a solid understanding of Android/iOS/Hybrid/Flutter principles, patterns, and best practices, and experience with Android Studio are essential. The role also requires the ability to integrate with third-party application APIs and familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, client engagement, AI chatbots, and push notifications. A knack for benchmarking and optimization, understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines, and familiarity with continuous integration are also expected.

Experience requirements include 2-10 years of post-qualification experience in an early-stage growing startup, preferably in Digital Health. Candidates must have a proven track record of developing mobile app products from scratch in an early-stage startup, ideally as part of a founding team. Experience in leading end-to-end mobile app development for highly scalable Android/iOS/Hybrid/Flutter platforms is crucial. The required qualification is a B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE from a reputable engineering institute.
