Responsibilities and Role

• Develop Android, iOS, and Hybrid mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering Heads, UX/UI Designers, Fullstack Developers, and Testers to build superior products with minimal defects.
• Integrate with various APIs and data sources.
• Resolve software defects and issues.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance the cross-functional platform.
• Contribute to the development of multifaceted mobile applications as an Android developer.

Required Skillsets

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with hands-on end-to-end development experience.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and managing diverse screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to backend services.
• Strong grasp of Android, iOS, Hybrid, and Flutter principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Android Studio.
• Ability to integrate with and understand third-party application APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, client engagement strategies, AI chatbots, and push notification features.
• Aptitude for benchmarking and performance optimization.
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with continuous integration processes.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an early-stage, growing startup environment, ideally within the Digital Health sector.
• Must have experience building mobile applications from scratch in an early-stage startup, particularly as part of a founding team.
• Proven experience as a sole developer responsible for end-to-end mobile app development from inception on highly scalable Android, iOS, Hybrid, or Flutter platforms.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from a reputable engineering institute.
