Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior App Developer/Mobile Architect Lead specializing in iOS and Android platforms. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in coding, bug fixing, and developing mobile applications from the ground up, particularly within early-stage tech startups focused on highly scalable tech product development. The position is based in Noida.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and code Android, iOS, and hybrid mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering Heads, UX/UI Designers, Fullstack Developers, and Testers to create superior products with minimal defects.
• Integrate and work with various APIs and data sources.
• Perform bug fixing and troubleshooting.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance the cross-functional platform.
• Contribute to the development of multi-functional mobile applications with a focus on Android.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with strong end-to-end development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and adapting to different screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to back-end services.
• Solid understanding of Android, iOS, and Hybrid Flutter principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Android Studio.
• Ability to integrate with third-party application APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, client engagement strategies, AI chatbots, and push notification features.
• Aptitude for performance benchmarking and optimization.
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with continuous integration processes.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an early-stage, growing startup environment, with a preference for the Digital Health sector.
• Proven track record of developing mobile app products from scratch in an early-stage startup, ideally as part of a founding team.
• Experience in single-handedly developing end-to-end mobile applications for highly scalable Android, iOS, and Hybrid Flutter platforms.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from a reputable engineering institute.
