Position: Senior App Developer / Mobile Architect Lead - iOS / Android Platform for Benovymed, a Global Digital Health Startup.

Job Location: Hyderabad. This role will also contribute to the Global Technology Development Center & Global R&D & AI Health Innovation Center in Delhi NCR, India.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Android engineer with strong coding and bug-fixing skills, adept at developing mobile applications from scratch within an early-stage tech startup environment focused on highly scalable tech product development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Android, iOS, and Hybrid mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering Heads, UX/UI Designers, Fullstack Developers, and Testers to deliver high-quality products with minimal bugs.
• Integrate with various APIs and data sources.
• Identify and fix bugs.
• Continuously evaluate and leverage new technologies for the cross-functional platform.
• Contribute to multi-function mobile application development for Android.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with strong end-to-end development experience.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and adaptive design for different screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to backend services.
• Solid knowledge of Android, iOS, Hybrid, and Flutter principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Android Studio.
• Ability to integrate with 3rd Party Application APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, client engagement strategies, AI chatbots, and push notification features.
• Aptitude for benchmarking and performance optimization.
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Familiarity with continuous integration practices.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an early-stage growing startup, particularly within the Digital Health industry.
• Proven experience in developing mobile app products from scratch in an early-stage startup, ideally as part of a founding team.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end mobile app development for highly scalable Android, iOS, Hybrid, or Flutter platforms.

Qualification:

• B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from a reputable engineering institute.
