Senior App Developer / Mobile Architect Lead - iOS / Android Platform at Benovymed Healthcare, Delhi/NCR

Benovymed Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Senior App Developer and Mobile Architect Lead to spearhead their mobile platform development, focusing on both iOS and Android. This role is crucial for building highly scalable tech products from the ground up, particularly within an early-stage tech startup environment. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bug-free mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coding of Android, iOS, and Hybrid mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering Heads, UX/UI Designers, Fullstack Developers, and Testers to develop superior products with minimal defects.
• Integrate and work with various APIs and data sources.
• Effectively fix bugs and ensure application stability.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance the cross-functional platform.
• Play a key role in the development of multifaceted mobile applications.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficient in Kotlin and Java with strong end-to-end development experience.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK, various Android versions, and responsive design for different screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to backend services.
• Solid knowledge of Android, iOS, Hybrid, and Flutter principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Android Studio.
• Ability to integrate with third-party application APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, client engagement strategies, AI chatbots, and push notification features.
• A strong aptitude for benchmarking and performance optimization.
• Thorough understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with continuous integration practices.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an early-stage growing startup, ideally within the Digital Health sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing mobile applications from scratch in an early-stage startup, particularly as part of a founding team.
• Proven track record of working single-handedly on end-to-end mobile app development for highly scalable Android, iOS, Hybrid, or Flutter platforms.
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech in CSE, IT, or ECE from a reputable engineering institute.
